this is a problem in gtk itself, so until it gets fixed there we can't make anything about that.

The issue is that using the middle mouse button for inserting text makes the cursor jumping to the
original text (the one that is marked and that shall be copied). This is really annoying and makes
this feature more or less useless (as long as you are not copying on the same screen page).
