[gedit-list] gedit-vcs, renamed from gedit-scm, wiki updates, mailing lists

In the initial stages of the project, I have renamed gedit-scm to gedit-vcs, because "Version Control System" is a much more appropriate descriptor than "Source Code Management," as a user may not necessarily manage source code, and most versioning systems classify themselves as version control systems.
