[gedit-list] "Document Words Completion" plugin

This plugin is listed on http://live.gnome.org/Gedit/Plugins but there
is only a link to the gtksourcecompletion library that it depends on, no
link to the plugin itself. Further down there is a plugin called "Word
completion" that does have a link to the plugin itself, and does work,
and doesn't depend on gtksourcecompletion either. Perhaps this second
plugin should be promoted?

I think there are at least two more plugins for this feature further
down also.
