[gedit-list] New vigedit homepage

Hi,

it has been a while since something new happened to vigedit, but here
is a quick update:

1. vigedit now has a new home at
http://sharesource.org/project/vigedit. The latest version of vigedit
is always available here
http://hg.sharesource.org/vigedit/archive/tip.tar.bz2

2. I received a patch from Joseph Method (thanks!) which adds ex-mode
and several other improvements.
