[gedit-list] ANNOUNCE: vigedit-15 released.

Hello everyone!

vigedit-15 is here. Interesting news is that visual mode has now been
implemented, which means that you can now select, copy and paste the
way you are used to. vigedit has now reached the stage of maturity to
replace vim as my default editor.
