[gedit-list] GtkSourceView's new engine

I asked a question a couple weeks ago regarding highlighting PHP
embedded within HTML documents and was informed that the new
GtkSourceView highlighting engine sitting in CVS (sitting in soc-2006
CVS branch) is capable of doing this. Does anyone know what version this
will be in and a ballpark date?
