[gedit-list] Plugins web

Hi all,


This is the plugin web generator. An example of the final page is
plugin_list.html.

There are three important files:

1.- plugin_list.xslt: template for the page
2.- plugin_list.xml: XML data of all plugins
3.- generador.py: basic script to generate the final page

The generador.py only generate the plugin list page for the moment.

What do you like?? Something like this??
