[gedit-list] Filetree plugin

Hi list,

I've been working for a while now on the filetree plugin, and it's
finaly mature enough to mention it (in my opinion). I've seen that some
other people are also (unfortunately) working on this feature. Maybe we
can combine our efforts.

I've put up a little website for the plugin. You can find a list of
features and screenshots as well as a link to the plugin there.

The plugin works very well at the moment and there are only some minor
features that I'd like to see implemented.
