Okay, I've restored the file now (luckily I had it backupped somewhere). But I don't think it's directly usable with the current gedit new_mdi cvs. You might try but the patches on the wiki are out of date. I would also probably rewrite the plugin in python now. You might try to get it to work, but I doubt it will work without modifications.
