[gedit-list] word wrapping options

I find that I change word wrapping options frequently, depending on the 
type of document I am editing.  I would love to see a first-order menu 
option to change/cycle through word wrapping option, or even a button on 
the toolbar.

Great work on the Gedit, I use it exclusively.
