[gedit-list] newbie needs HELP!

Hello, I am a newbie in linux, I am trying to make work a simple 
spellchecker that I have done in the gedit. I have downloaded the source 
code, but I cannot find where in the code is made the calling to the 
spellchecker, furthermore, I do not know how to spellcheck texts with gedit. 
Could someone please help me?.
