[gedit-list] dynamically loadable plugins

Is gedit planning on supporting dynamically loadable plugins?  If not,
I'd like to make that a feature request.
If done, it would allow gedit to have a minimal set of initial features,
and also allow plugins to have library dependencies that gedit otherwise
wouldn't/shouldn't have.  Plugins also wouldn't have to be distributed
with gedit, which could allow for more diversity.
