Assuming you are on Fedora 28 or 29, you could upgrade to Geary 0.13.3 
through the Fedora updates-testing repo.

For Fedora 28

$ sudo dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing 
--advisory=FEDORA-2019-03796606d2

For Fedora 29
