We're still in the process of migrating bugs from Bugzilla over to 
Gitlab, so you could probably subscribe to the bug there, but it might 
make more sense to open a new issue with the feature in Gitlab. If you 
are happy to create it yourself, you'll get email updates as it 
progresses.
