That's a bug, but I don't think there's any way to fix it correctly 
beyond ensuring we highlight the last instance of the "-- \n" signature 
separator. Plain text email doesn't carry any structural data to 
indicate where a signature block starts and ends, beyond the convention 
of using that marker.

If you could open a new bug for this, I'd appreciate it!
