Hi,

I did a quick setup of an IMAP server in the cloud with a self signed 
cert to check this out.

When trying to connect to the server and store the info about the cert 
in geary I also get the error:

Gck-Message: 15:09:41.684: couldn't open session on module while 
enumerating objects: The device is write protected
Gck-Message: 15:09:41.685: couldn't open session on module while

(geary:18267): Gck-CRITICAL **: 15:09:41.685: gck_modules_token_for_uri: 
assertion 'uri != NULL' failed

It looks like there is a problem in talking to the gnome keyring daemon 
where geary stores the pinning info.
