[Geary] Delayed appearance of new message

hi

this vid shows the following issues:

- double-click to edit a draft is a broken loop

- geary window flips to non-max mode

steps:

- compose a draft

- go to drafts folder

- double-click the draft

this vid shows vertical scrollbar stuck to top of window, while mousewheel scrolls down the message
