[Geary] Gery Mail - Add new functionality

Although probably a different request, another option I miss in Geary 
is "Send Again" - I sometimes look through my sent mail for a message 
no one responded to, and want to send the same email again (with the 
option to edit it before actually sending).

It keeps the same subject, to and from, and body, without changing 
quote level.

Sometimes I want to do this to send the same message to (or from) a 
different email address, so I do 'Send Again' and alter those fields.
