There's nothing like that on the drawing board right now. I encourage you to open a ticket on the Geary bug database to propose how it would work. If you want to give it a try yourself, the ticket is the best place to discuss changes and ask for advice. If you want to encourage others to work on it, you might place a bounty on Bountysource.com to attract attention.

I think nostalgy-type shortcuts for labels, with incremental search, would be a terrific addition. Right now the is too much mouse navigation needed.

Hello All,
Are keyboard shortcuts for adding labels to messages, moving
messages to folders, and viewing folders (similar to the nostalgy
plugin for Thunderbird, or native keyboard shortcuts in Postbox) part of the
roadmap for geary, or would there be a way to implement this
functionality myself?
Just switched from OSX to Debian w/Gnome. Geary is far and away the
best mail client I've found. Thanks for it!
All Best,
James Wudel
