[Geary] Geary 0.5/0.5.1 Unresponsive in Ubuntu 13.10 Gnome

Hi everyone,

I switched over to Ubuntu 13.10 Gnome a few weeks ago and since I installed the Geary daily builds I've had a lot of issues with Geary becoming unresponsive.

I ran geary with the --debug flag so I can post the output here. The debug info I'm positing here is just clicking from one email to the next. What ends up happening is the loading spinner runs in the display view and the email never loads. I can close Geary and re-launch and go back to a previously opened email but if I go to a message that I haven't viewed the contents of, then it just seems to hang.

I also noticed that if I try to go into one of my custom labels that it takes forever to load, even one of the labels that only contains 19 emails in it.

I'm not on GMail, I'm using my iMap server, but I have used Geary 0.5 on Linux Mint 16 and Fedora 20 with the same email server with no issues. So I'm guessing it's something to do with my system or the Gnome version of Ubuntu in general?

Debug log is below. The first part where it says canceled operation was me going from one email to the other I believe but you'll see after the Transaction Canceled line it fails:

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can try? I have deleted my local database in the ~/.local/share/geary folder and then added the account back and on initial load it seems like the emails come up successfully, but after clicking through a couple of emails it always ends up hanging again.
