[Geary] Coding and debugging in MonoDevelop

Hi John,
well I tried different IDEs with geary (Gedit with Valencia, Geany, Anjuta)
but they all feel incomplete to me.
MonoDevelop is not perfect but it has some advanced features like
refactoring that I use in my daily work.
I would prefer to use NetBeans since this is my favorite IDE but I don't
want to write a new Plugin to support vala since I'm just starting to learn
how it works :D
