[Geary] Coding and debugging in MonoDevelop

Hi,

I believe most of you like to code in a texteditor like gedit but I'm 
shure some people prefer IDEs.
I'm one of these, yes I'm spoiled :D

So I created a MonoDevelop project and tweaked it to use the make file 
and the configure script.
Everything seems to work pretty good, even debugging.

Here are the files:

Just drop the "MonoDevelop" folder in the main geary directory and open 
the sln-File with MonoDevelop.
