 Hi,
    I've committed the Exception proposal of Tobias on CVS with some small
changes. I think this should be the final solution for exception
implementation in gdome2. Thanx Tobias for the good idea!

  News:
   - Fixed a little mistake in gdome2.spec.in
   - GdomeException type changed from guint to guint32 and removed
     GdomeEventException declaration. Now all kind of DOM spec Exception
     will be encoded in GdomeException variables.
   - Added two new enum type: GdomeExceptionType to encode different kind
     of exceptions and GdomeExceptionMasks useful to read information
     within a GdomeException.
   - Added two macro that apply bit mask on GdomeException to take type
     and code information about a GdomeException:
     + GDOME_EXCEPTION_TYPE
     + GDOME_EXCEPTION_CODE
