  - Fixed bugs on EventListener reference counting
  - Added a new method to the Node Interface (gdome_xxx_canAppend) to
    check if a node can be append to the child list of another node.
  - Modified canAppend, insertBefore and replaceChild Node method to
    handle GDOME_HIERARCHY_REQUEST_ERR.
  - Modified the NamedNodeMap interface to internally distinguish its type
    on GdomeNodeType.
  - Fixed the DOM level 2 Erratas: core 4, 6, 7, 8, 12
