[gdm-list] running GDM3 on selected seats

Hi,

I like to run gdm3 in a multiseat environment, but only on one seat.
Is there a way to configure to ignore other seats (as X would fail there).
(My setup is an Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with 2+ graphic cards and one of them
should stay without X)
