Hi,
I' m using Fedora 17 beta with Gnome 3.4.
I' ve been trying to find where one can config the screen unlock
sound, to no avail. A simple Google search finds lots of results, but
for Ubuntu, and refering to a tool that doesn' t seem to be available
for Fedora.
I' ve recently had also a hell of a time trying to do something as
simple as changing the GDM log-in screen background image. I had to
type and execute someone' s shell script to do that, as there doesn' t
seem to be a built-in GUI way to configure GDM lock screen
backgrounds. I think this is a severe shortcoming.
So, Questions:
1. Any plans for an "Advanced config" setup screen on the GDM log-in window?
2. How to configure (for now) the GDM screen unlock sound?
Thanks in advance
