[gdm-list] Get rid of 'local login' menu. (domain chooser?)

GDM shows a menu which by default is set to 'Local Login'. If I change
it to 'Other...' I get a window entitled 'Domains' with nothing in it
except 'Local Login'.

How can I remove that menu? It's of no use to anyone in my environment
so I'd rather users didn't see it.
