Note the new IncludeAll, Include, and Exclude configuration options 
described in section 5.4.4 of the GDM User's Manual.

This feature is only available in the latest unstable 2.29.0 release, so
don't expect this configuration option to work with older versions.  You
can check which version you are using by running with one of these
commands:

  gdmflexiserver --command="VERSION"
  gdmfelxiserver --version
