[gdm-list] Circles and Happygnome greeter themes

The current unstable gdm 2.19.6 circles and happygnome greeter themes have user list boxes in them.  Is there a new feature which allows them to be place in the theme but enabled/disabled via configuration or are the user lists there in error?
