I don't understand exactly what you are asking for here.  GDM doesn't
manage locking the screen.  You should set up your session to start up
your screensaver (xscreensaver or gnome-screensaver or whatever) with
the right parameters to autolock your screen if you want.

Not really sure why you really would want autologin to go right to the
lock screen, though.  This seems sort of the same as just not having
automatic login turned on in the first place.  Perhaps you mean the
lockscreen should startup after a wait?  Still, someone could just
poweroff/poweron the machine and avoid the lockscreen in this case.
