Thanks for the information. 

I was looking for a way of setting a different X key map for each user.
And in the file '/etc/X11/gdm/Xsession' I found the solution:
userxkbmap="$HOME/.Xkbmap" 

I hope that .Xkbmap would be correct for whatever graphical login.
