gdm reboot / shutdown buttons

Hi!
The screenshots of some graphical greeter themes (e.g., Crystal For
Gnome) show reboot and shutdown buttons which are directly on the login
screen. However, if I install those themes, I just get the normal
session, language, and action buttons but no reboot and shutdown buttons
(reboot and shutdown are just available in the action menu). I'd like to
activate those buttons since this is much more convenient than choosing
from a radio button list and then clicking ok. How can I do so?
I tried gdm 2.6.0.4 and gdm 2.6.0.6 (Mandrake rpms).
