[gDesklets] Calendar desklet progress

Hi all,

I've uploaded the Calendar desklet, modified to use the iCalendarEvent
Control and a .ics file instead of pre-programmed (and some calculated)
dates.  This required a minor modification to the core code, and that's
checked in too.  I still need to add the iCalendarEvent code into the "core"
Controls, document the changes in the core code, and put a dependency on the
icalendar python module in the build system.  But, I think this will be
enough to get out a beta soon...

I had some issues converting all the events in the Calendar.  A few were for
technical reasons (i.e. calculated based on the Julian or some type of lunar
calendar) and others were because I couldn't understand the language they're
in.  My goal is, with the next version of gDesklets, to have a list of
calendars from which the user can select a set.  But I need some help
translating some of these events... for now, I think the "general" events
are sufficient.  Better than it was, at least.
