[gDesklets] Meta-Tags

Hi there,

I guess we all agree on more strict and mandatory meta information to be
given in the desklets/display files.
So here is the thread to discuss all about it.

My suggestion:

Mandatory information:
- author
- name
- version
- license
- category
- description

Optional information:
- date
- website
- preview
- email (or other contact information)
- theme
- changes (?)

Furthermore there is the "dependency" attribute, but I am quiet not sure
about that one.

Furtheremore I think it would be a nice idea to have an additional
standard menu entry (like "About") which - on selection - shows all
these information in a nice little new window.

Comments, ideas ... ?!
