[gDesklets] New teams

Hi all,

as discussed earlier, I've created a new team for the gDesklets project 
on launchpad.

We now have two teams:

- gDesklets core team (current members: me, Bjoern Koch, Martin Grimme 
and Christian Meyer). This team is moderated and I've included people 
that I know have contributed code to the BZR repos. Others are of course 
free to join. This team is now the main bug contact for the project so 
everyone won't be spammed with LP bug reports.

- gDesklets desklet team (the old gDesklets team). Meant for people that 
would like to develop and help with desklets

Unfortunately it seems that we can't assign different bug drivers for 
different bugs, so we can't have desklet bugs directed to the desklet 
team and core bugs to the core team. This would perhaps require setting 
up a separate project on LP for the desklet development..
