Schema DTD

Hi!

I've seen that there is a DTD for the .schema files. But... which is its
DOCTYPE definition? This is useful to validate xml files with external
parsers, as they can locate the dtd in the actual system by just looking
at the xml file. If you have no identifier yet, make one! ;)
