Hi,

Looks great, I'd make one change:

 - in detach_config_server, don't release the ORB
 - make the public function gconf_debug_shutdown() instead
   of detach_config_server, and release ORB there

Just seems cleaner to me that way, it gives us a place to put cleanup
unrelated to config server detachment (since we detach occasionally in
the course of normal operation). And avoids a pointless orb
release/reinit in that case.
