Hello,
I try to comppile libgda/gnome-db/gasql.
After configuring libgda, I do the make.
Problem : cannot find gconf/gconf.h.
I have the latest Ximian rpm package installed and
also the devel packages.
I find in /usr/include/gconf/1/gconf the not found
header file : gconf.h.
I check the the gcc /I... option and see that this
path is not inserted.
Going further, I do a gconf-config --cflags. The
anwser is /usr/local/include/gconf/1.
I suppose I have done a compilation of GConf a long
time ago when trying to use Nautilus.
So my question is : how to change these settings?
Where gconf-config find that path ?
Correcting these things, I can compile gnome-db.
You can say to me : install the RPM file of gnome-db.
That's correct. But there is no RPM package for
gasql... and the problem is thus still there.
Can someone give me an answer for gconf-config. It's
surely simple but I cannot find where to see the
solution.
Cheers
Pierre
