The problem is, that icons and icon names have changed rather
extensively during the last couple cycles, and probably still is subject
to minor changes. This includes icon-naming-utils, which should be kept
in sync with the icon theme and GNOME / application versions.

Evolution implicitly depends on them.

$ cd desktop/evolution
$ make tree | grep icon
        desktop/gnome-icon-theme
          freedesktop/hicolor-icon-theme
          freedesktop/icon-naming-utils

A little bit too picky, removing LIBDEPS, eh? ;-) Or maybe an update
from SVN, rebuilding only selective garballs, missing the above.
Possibly due to satisfied explicit dependencies.
