yes, libpopt.so for 64bit, he is /usr/lib64,
i have edit gar.conf.mk >> "LD_LIBRARY_PATH := /usr/lib64" ...
but it doesn't work, there is always the same problem

See if there is a 64-bit version of libpopt.so installed on your system.
