I was using the version specified in Garnome 2.15.2.1, which is 1.6.3.
After tweaking the makefile to use 1.7.0, it compiles fine.

After that, I also get problems configuring office/present, which wants
libgoffice-1 0.0.2

but goffice has installed itself not as libgoffice-1, but
libgoffice-0. (I tried just symlinking pkgconfig/libgoffice-1.pc to
libgoffice-0.3.pc, but it then failed to compile).

So I've deemed office/present to be broken ...
