Aaron,

You must have grabbed a copy before we changed LIBDEPS. For licensing reasons
we cannot package libmad in the US.  That be said... If you want MP3 support,
adding libmad and libid3tag to your system before you build gst-plugins-ugly is
one way to achive MP3 support.
