problem fetching iso-codes_0.51-1.1.tar.gz

I followed the directions in this post.

But that file doesn't seem to exist at 
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/i/iso-codes/

I'm getting this error.  *** GAR GAR GAR!  Failed to download 
download/iso-codes_0.51-1.1.tar.gz!  GAR GAR GAR! ***

However, this file does exist.  iso-codes_0.52.orig.tar.gz so I tried 
editing the Makefile and checksum for that.  That doesn't seem to work 
either.  Here's the error message.
