FWIW, I *fully* support the step of re-directing unsolicited flames
about GARNOME to the list.

Kindly take it elsewhere, Larry.

If you're frustrated, well, that's sad but not our fault. I have seen a
lot of people during my years with GARNOME, who managed to build the
latest version on ancient distros, without even knowing about 'make'
beforehand.

We try to keep the build experience as smooth as possible, for a wide
range of distros, platforms and if applicable even non Linux OSs. Since
GNOME 2.13.x is a moving target, issues are to be expected. Feel free to
become part of the community and help us fix any issue you encounter.
But please don't resort to flaming and rambling.

Note: I will forward any privately sent follow-ups to the list.
