Just a heads-up to anyone awake, and with some spare processor cycles --
who wants to get a jump on building 2.12.0 using GARNOME, you can grab:

ftp://cipherfunk.org/pub/tarballs/garnome/v2.11/garnome-2.11.99.99.tar.bz2

and build 'most of' [1] 2.12.0, right now!

Obviously, it's not officially 2.12.0 for a few hours yet, but the more
eyes testing this, the less chance of a brown paper bag appearing
*after* it goes live.
