launching evolution from epiphany

Epiphany [File -> Send To...] cannot "find" the evolution mail client,
which is installed as
/opt/garnome/evolution-2.2
Creating a soft link
ln -s /opt/garnome/evolution-2.2 /opt/garnome/evolution
seems to solve the problem.
Question:
Where is the "default mailer" specified?
