You need aspell and aspell-devel packages installed, provided by your
distro.

Known strange issue for FC3, if you installed the above mentioned
packages after the first error for gnome-spell. Cause it fails during
build time, rather than in configure (where this should be caught).

The workaround is to 'cd office/gnome-spell' and run 'make clean && make
install' for gnome-spell.
