Alpha,

The first thing to do is check whether you have installed the
aspell-devel package yet.  If you have not, su to root and use 'yum
install aspell-devel'.

If you already have the aspell-devel package, chances are you
installed it AFTER the first time this error occurred.  In this case:

cd $garnome/office/gnome-spell ($garnome is wherever your
garnome-2.10.0 directory lives)
make clean
cd ../../desktop
make paranoid-install

That should fix your gnome-spell compilation errors.
