Unfortunately I cannot test this.

Everytime I try and add a new account in 2.3.3.1 Evo crashes.

I deleted all of my Evo data from ~ and gconf and started afresh but
the same symptoms occured. No new accounts could be added.

I've submitted a bug via bug buddy
