Re: beagle-0.[89].x does not run on a PPC

I also tried rebuilding things with more current development versions of
mono & mcs from SVN,

        $ mono --version
        Mono JIT compiler version 1.1.7, (C) 2002-2005 Novell, Inc and
        Contributors. www.mono-project.com
                TLS:           __thread
                GC: Included Boehm (with typed GC)
                SIGSEGV      : normal
                Globalization: normal

        $ mcs --version
        Mono C# compiler version 1.1.5.0

and got the same sort of failure. I did not update gtk-sharp and friends
to their latest SVN versions since the "problem" seems DBUS related.
[Maybe???]

I assume that others on the list who are running lintel boxes have
beagle-0.8.1 up and running. If so, I am thinking that there is
something amiss with the beagle code when run on a PPC.
